Top 5 | Parkruns

Parkrun is a great thing to do on a Saturday morning and the whole family can get involved whether its through running, walking or volunteering.

All Parkruns are 5KM and start at 9am every Saturday Morning. They are free to take part and you get a time after each event so you can be competitive with yourself (or with your family & friends) to try and beat your time each week.

The format of parkrun is simple: register once, print your barcode, then turn up and take part wherever you want, whenever you want and wearing whatever you want!

Everyone is welcome at Parkrun no matter what your age. (Under 11’s need to be accompanied by adults).

We are very lucky to have many Parkruns taking place in Norfolk every Saturday at 9am and  Junior ones too which take place every Sunday at 9am. Below is our Top 5 with everything you need to know.
